Stunning ornate ormolu cherub and bird vanity perfume bottle with round amber beveled glass windows. Gorgeously accented with 3mm applied prong set Crystal Aurora Borealis rhinestones… Captures the light to provide a fabulous sparkle. Of course, the rhinestones are genuine vintage Swarovski!! Both the front and back of bottle plus the front of dabber is bejeweled. Perfume bottle is complete with filigree ormolu dabber accented with a cherub/putti holding a bird/dove, glass application wand, and interior glass vial to hold your treasured potion. Very nice vintage condition. The golden’bronze’ finish shows patina/lose of plating. Sits stable on a flat surface, note that dabber fits loosely into reservoir. The additional matching bottle available separately is a little brighter in color though when displayed side by side, this is not an issue… The jewels make a statement (my humble opinion of course). The last photo shows the 2 bottles side by side for comparison purposes ONLY… The beveled glass panels are free from any damage. No missing’teeth’ that holds beveled glass in place. The bottle has some age related patina to the ormolu finish mainly along the sides and top which is not very noticeable when viewed from the front. Very clean and ready to display. Approximate measurements: 9 & 1/4″ total height x 6 & 5/8″ widest x 2 & 1/4 deep. The round amber glass panels 4 each. The detailing is exquisite throughout. Weighs approximately 2 pounds prior to packaging. Unsigned, exact age and maker unknown. This exquisite bottle will be a lovely addition to grace your dressing table.
