Sterling Heart Perfume Pendant – Silver Repousse Victorian Bottle. Beautiful Victorian vintage sterling silver heart perfume bottle pendant with repousse detailing. Design is the same on both sides. Is a metalworking technique in which sterling silver is ornamented or shaped by hammering from the reverse side to create a design in low relief. He top unscrews and has an applicator for applying perfume. Stopper with rubber ring to keep perfume fresh is in great condition and works perfectly. Marked with Sterling on the top. Measures 1 5/8 long not including the loop for hanging. And 1 3/8 wide. Includes 24 box chain marked Italy, 925 and SU. Total weight of pendant and chain is 18 grams. Perfect condition with no dents. May require a small amount of cleaning/polishing if you so desire. Note: there are reproductions of this perfume bottle on the market today, likely made in China. This vintage style has much finer detail and finishing, and it was definitely not made in China. This is a beautiful piece at a great price, and will bring many comments and compliments to the wearer.
