FULL BOTTLE OF ORIGINAL PERFUME. VERY RARE, VINTAGE 1950’S. CHRISTIAN DIOR “MISS DIOR”. This is a stunning, example of a very rare Christian Dior Baccarat perfume bottle. This bottle was one of a set of three bottles made for Dior by Baccarat in the early 1950’s. The set had a patriotic theme with one each made in red, white and blue colors. They could be bought separate or as a set. Unfortunately I don’t have the box for this one. The blue and red colors were the most popular due to the cut to clear crystal that gave it a bright shinny finish. This bottle is approximately 7 1/4 inches tall from top of the stopper to the foot and approximately 2 inches across at the bottom foot. The stopper is approximately 2 1/2 inches tall including the part that inserts into the bottle. The BACCARAT mark is acid etched in a circle and reads outside the circle BOTTLE MADE IN FRANCE, and BACCARAT and FRANCE with the three Baccarat marks inside the circle. The mark is on the outer bottom rim and not on the center because of the cut crystal design in the center. Please look at the photos as they describe it much better than I ever could. If there is a problem, I will do everything in my power to make it right.
