Vintage Purple Glass Ybry Square Perfume Bottle for Mon Ami Missing Over Cap. It was made for Ybry and was called Mon Ami (which translates to My Friend). This fragrance was introduced in 1925. Ybry was considered a luxury house out of Paris, France. The rectangular glass bottle feels exquisite. The purple glass is gorgeous and there are a few places where you see the white base peaking out of the left front corner. There is also a small irregularity to the glass that you can feel on the left bottom side that you can feel, see last photo. The perfume bottle has the original button inner stopper that comes out fine. The gold foil label in the center of the bottle front is in fair condition. Due to wear, it is difficult to read the label, but I believe it reads: Mon Ami; Ybry Paris. As mentioned above, the brass over cap with purple sides is missing. The bottle is empty. The underside of the bottle reads in a white font: Made in France; with a box in the center of that reading: YBRY FRANCE. Some of the earlier pieces of Baccarat were not signed Baccarat like this bottle. But you can find this bottle on page 124 & 162 of the Baccarat book.
