This is an antique Bohemian-style ruby glass perfume bottle with etched floral or grape and vine designs. Quality antique Victorian glass spirit perfume bottle and stopper having a red and clear glass body with etched fruiting vine decoration. There is signs of use around this stopper although the integrity remains intact. There are no chips or cracks, although one might find some roughness along the rim. The bottle is in excellent condition. It features a cranberry or ruby red overlay cut to clear glass. The bottle has a decorative stopper with a matching cut design. It is likely from the Victorian period, possibly around the 1860s. The item is considered a collectible due to its age and craftsmanship. I acquired this beautiful piece from a woman in her 60s who inherited it from her grandmother in Scotland. It is truly spectacular.
