It is a quite beautiful, heavy, and well-made cut glass perfume bottle. The bottom is a lovely, cut glass in red, and the top is a cut glass in clear. The sticker is still intact, saying Irice for Irving W Rice Co of West Germany. See the photos for the measurements.
