Vintage Gabilla Empty Perfume Bottle, Probably Mon Cheri But has Torn Label. It has a torn paper label, but I believe the fragrance name is Mon Cheri. I found on the web that Gabilla was founded in 1910, in Paris, France. Mon Cheri translates to My Sweet One or My Darling. This fragrance launched Gabilla to famous renown, and 86 fragrances were created in this French luxury house. The underside has embossed in block letters. The condition of this clear glass bottle is excellent. I would describe this bottle as having a medium neck and flowing out to a 3 paneled front and back dress skirt like look. The clear glass and opaque stopper top has a very ornate Gabilla written in the 6 sided glass stopper. The glass stopper lifts out of and into the bottle neck easily. The colored paper label has lost some of the blue font that forms the name and maker (Mon Cheri, Gabillia). I don’t know if the letters have been worn off or were scratched. The bottom front of the bottle also displays a small brown square paper label that reads: Made in France. The height of this bottle is: about 4 ½ inches tall. Vintage Art Deco Perfume Bottle w Box, Clear Glass w Black Triangular Screwcap. The paper is gold and decorated with white and black flower like designs. The perfume box cover is triangular with a faded orange tassel. The underside label indicates this bottle was made in Mexico. The condition of the papered box is good, considering the age. The lid lifts off easily. Inside of the box is the perfume bottle. Bottle is round on the base and tapers to the bottle neck. The stopper is a triangular black glass insert. The point on the stopper is excellent and not broken. The stopper comes out of the bottle, but you should twist it slightly to the right for it to come out of the bottle. The bottle is molded, but still very nice glass. There are two underside paper labels on the bottle. See pictures indicating the maker and that bottle was made in Mexico. I also found some information from searching the web several years ago, that this company published a book in 1937 by Guido Zamarini. One bottle is actually an antique atomizer from IW rice made in Japan. This rare bottle is very hard to find. I’ve seen other IW rice bottles but none like this. Check the photos for conditions. Vintage Lucien Lelong, Mon Image Perfume Bottle w Label & Box Circa 1933, Empty. Also included is the matching box. This fragrance was introduced in 1933. The box is a square, with the lid coming off easily to reveal a square base that holds the bottle. There may be some materials absent that would hold the bottle in place. The condition of the box is good to fair. There are some teeny dirt marks on the box top and sides, and a tear on the backside corner of the box. But considering the age, it is still remarkable that the box exists. Height of the box is 4 inches. The glass of this bottle is clear, and the bottle appears to have had 4 chunky squares stacked on top of one another. The gold foil label is in fair condition with damage to the paper and black font. There is a second paper label under the gold foil which is a soiled paper listing fragrance name and that this was made in France. The corners of each square have a flat edged. The underside of the bottle is beautifully polished. The overcap is a larger design of the individual squares. The center is frosted and has the LL (for the Lucien Lelong logo). The overcap comes off easily and has a stopper inside the overcap that fits into the bottle neck. Height of the bottle is: 3 ½ inches. Get images that make Supersized seem small.
