Offered here for your consideration and from my personal Nina Ricci collection.. Description – Marc Lalique created this parfum bottle for Nina Ricci – released in 1973/1974. This perfume creation is now discontinued. Poly-lobed heart bottle with frosted crystal center and clear crystal outer lobes. Presentation – Closed heart bottle seated inside a rouge red satin outer and white satin inner box. Drop down front, lid folds back. Original sticker on bottle base – 1 FL OZ. Bottle measures 4 (10 cm). Condition – The rouge red satin color on the outside is one of the nicest I’ve seen. I found no chips or cracks and only slight surface markings on the crystal. Please examine photos as they are considered part of the description as to condition. Let me know if you have any questions or would like additional photos – I will get back to you ASAP. Bottle on bottom has embossed in glass “Nina Ricci Bottle Made By Lalique France”. Nina Ricci was born in Turin in January 1883. A highly talented apprentice, she decided to devote herself entirely to design. She formed a partnership with her only son Robert and opened her own Haute Couture House at 20, Rue des Capucines, in Paris. Success was swift, and just before the war the NINA RICCI firm occupied 11 floors and its workshops were filled with 450 workers. As a dress designer, Madame Ricci had a wonderful flair for highlighting the personality of her clients. Queen of fashion she still favored femininity at a time when boyish styles were being celebrated. Ricci tried her hand in perfume making with her “Nina” perfume, then introducing “Premier Jour” and “L’air Du Temps”, as well as the popular “Les Belles” line of fragrances. Rare and sensational vintage Nina Ricci Farouche 1 oz. Unused in its original Lalique-designed, and signed, bottle made in France and in its original luxurious red satin/silk box. It is pre-owned unused vintage original. Everything is in beautiful condition. Please see photos to assess on your own personal scale. I have shown all four sides of the bottle. The bottle has all appropriate markings on the bottom and the box says Made in France on the bottom (shown). Be sure to enlarge photos to capture the gorgeous texturizing of the opaque portions of the crystal flacon and the beautiful floral metal ornamentation surrounding the opening. The box, too, is in lovely condition; no tears or weak spots… Just a couple very faint watermarks and on the back a couple areas where the fabric is indented – this can perhaps be seen. None of what I mention detracts from the overall presentation. Overall a stunning presentation, a classic scent combined with a classic and elegant package, the luxurious signed French crystal, the tactile box… What fragrances once were… And in its original splendor. Welcome to Marie’s Vintage Perfumes. This store is a collection of vintage perfume bottles from the estate of Marie-Louise Fredyma, my mother who passed away in 2010 after nearly 70 years in the antique business. Marie’s perfumes were a special place in her collection of antiques and vintage items and are now offered for sale as part of her estate. This listing for a non-MLF estate item. The items belong to another person that has asked me to list them for sale. Vintage Nina Ricci Farouche Lalique Crystal Perfume Bottle Heart 1 OZ 2/3 Full. Bottle on bottom has embossed in glass “Nina Ricci Bottle Made By Lalique France”. Nina Ricci was born in Turin in January 1883. A highly talented apprentice, she decided to devote herself entirely to design. She formed a partnership with her only son Robert and opened her own Haute Couture House at 20, Rue des Capucines, in Paris. Success was swift, and just before the war the NINA RICCI firm occupied 11 floors and its workshops were filled with 450 workers. As a dress designer, Madame Ricci had a wonderful flair for highlighting the personality of her clients. Queen of fashion she still favored femininity at a time when boyish styles were being celebrated. Ricci tried her hand in perfume making with her “Nina” perfume, then introducing “Premier Jour” and “L’air Du Temps”, as well as the popular “Les Belles” line of fragrances. Nina Ricci’s most famous perfume, L’Air du Temps. Created in France in 1949, means “Air of Time”, capturing the passion and elegance of an emerging generation Maria and Robert Ricci headed. Robert worked with master perfumer Francis Fabron. To create a scent with as much elegance as Madame Maria Ricci’s clothes. Marc Lalique created the graceful twin-dove crystal bottle. Other classic Nina Ricci perfumes have included “Farouche”, “Capricci”, “Fleur de Fleurs” and “Eau de Fleurs”; each has had its own unique Lalique crystal pure perfume bottle. Men’s fragrances have included “Signoricci”, “Signoricci II” and “Phileas”. More recent perfumes have included two different fragrances, both with the name “Nina”, and a series of three perfumes under the name “Les Belles de Ricci”. Furthermore, there have been additional fragrances with the name “Ricci Ricci”, “Love in Paris” and “Premier Jour” which means “first day”. Bottle and Stopper are in very good condition, no cracks, chips, or scratches. Very heavy glass and stunning curves!
