Vintage James Wilbat Frosted Heavy Glass Perfume Bottle 1991 signed. Gorgeous Unique Art glass, heart shaped Perfume bottle, Made by Award Winning Glass Artist James R. Wilbat of Mundelein, Illinois. Wilbat and dated 91. Frosted glass with clear topper had Multi colored designs on both sides. Excellent vintage condition some wear on design and bottle due to age, but still stunning.
