VINTAGE LENTHERIC ASPHODELE PERFUME BOTTLE 1 oz, Very Rare Bottle, c 1928, Extremely Rare This is a small bottle for a very old Lentheric perfume named Asphodele. It appears to be 1 oz as it is about the same height, a little narrow and also deeper than a vintage 1 oz bottle of Lancôme Tresor. 2 3/4 tall x 1 5/8 wide at widest part. If the perfume bottle is not sealed, it will be listed as used regardless if used or not. I do my best to secure bottles to prevent leakage however it is possible that perfume may still leak in transit. To avoid false claims that perfumes are not authentic, I state that I do not guarantee contents. Vintage perfumes may have sediment. Stoppers may be difficult to open. I have described the item to the best of my ability but it is possible I missed something. I work full time and do my best to respond to questions promptly. Vintage Lentheric Shanghai 1/2 OZ Perfume Bottle by Verreries Brosse Art Deco. Clear crystal bottle in the stylized shape of an ancient Chinese incense burner. Slightly different than the one shown above. Inner glass stopper and frosted glass over cap. Half ounce bottle stands 1 5/8 tall. One ounce bottle stands 2 1/2 tall. 1930-40’s Frosted Sealed Bottle Of Lentheric “Shanghai” Parfum. There has been some evaporation. So what does it smell like? It was a floral oriental perfume. In a 1938 newspaper article it was described as a very suave perfume, a natural affinity for furs, woolens, cold weather. Grand for brunettes, and having a warm fragrance..
