Vintage Reve D’or by L. Piver Perfume Bottle 1886 France. Reve D’or translates to “Dream of Gold”. Marked “MADE IN FRANCE” on bottom of bottle. Bottle has scrolls on each side. The Large label has two pin nibbles. The label around the neck is perfect but I have not attempted to clean it off for fear of damage occurring. Ball stopper is all glass with a few small nibbles on the bottom of the stopper and another on the lip (see pics). Christie Mayer Lefkowith’s book’The Art of Perfume’ page 106, plate no.
