This is a lovely antique glass continental PERFUME or SCENT BOTTLE dating from the 19th century. The clear green bottle is decorated with raised enamel flowers and gold painted dots. The perfume measures 3 1/4″ long not including the chain, and 1 1/8″ wide. The bottle is in excellent estate condition; I see no defects of any kind. The top unscrews perfectly and the bottle appears to have a tight seal. The stopper is missing. I have taken quite a few photos which best describe this very nice piece. Stunning antique French Baccarat cut glass 6-piece perfume set. Comprising of three perfume bottles, atomizer, trinket or pin tray and tumbler cup ideal for make-up brushes and lip glosses. Each piece is of thick quality hand blown glass enhanced with wheel cut fluting. The bottles finished with round faceted stoppers. Hand painted in raised gold enamel. Features elegant Louis XVI style decoration of ribbon bows and garland swags. The stoppers are numbered to correspond to matching numbers on the base of the bottles, indicating they are original. A beautiful grouping, ideal for your vanity or dresser and just perfect to add to a perfume collection. In overall good antique condition with general wear commensurate with age and use. There are a couple of chips to the base of the smallest perfume bottle. The two larger bottles measure 6 1/8″ height x 2 3/8″ diameter at the base; the smaller bottle is 4 7/8″ x 1 7/8″.
