Bottle is not meant to represent a bee hive, it is a faithful take on a copula in France. A rare glorious, NEAR mint condition & utterly spectacular vintage Guerlain splash Golden Bee bottle dated to the 1980s, & would also look astonishing in a serious collection of fine luxury perfume bottles. The Cartouche on this bottle is the older softer Peking Glass jade color, there is as good as no wear to the 24 ct gold paint other than some light thinning, the only issues of any concern is a minute nibble to the back of the outer gold neck rim, & the plastic cover of the stopper has a crack, this does not extend to the glass. It it a HUGE 1 litre or 34 fl. Oz bottle, standing at 25cm/10″ tall by 10.5cm/4″ wide. The cartouche is stunning, with a beautiful Imperiale jade center, narrow white outer border decorated with vines, & with the Napoleonic royal eagle to the center picked out in emerald. Each of these bottles is painted in its entirety by hand using 24ct gold.
