Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a wonderful antique Art Nouveau period Cranberry/Ruby glass perfume, dresser or toiletries bottle with American Sterling Silver overlay decoration. This gorgeous bottle has beautiful dark cranberry glass body and stopper with Sterling Silver decoration. Fancy three letter engraved monogram on center cartouche. The bottle measures (with stopper inserted) 5 1/4″ high, 3 1/4″ wide and the top opening is 1 in diameter. Weighs 13.4 ounces. The bottle is in good condition, does have some fine internal hairlines extending from neck into body, mostly covered by sterling overlay (see photos). Probably caused by the heat from the applied silver, no exterior chips or cracks. The glass stopper has a small no-harm chip on the bottom edge (see photos). The sterling overlay is in excellent condition with no noted damage.
