It has pink background, on one side there are enameled flowers, on the other side it has a mono of the initials EF, very beautifully and ornate done. The loop on top is for hanging on a chatelaine or to be able to wear on a necklace as a pendant. The sterling top is hallmarked, unfortunately its worn and therefore unreadable.
