The brooch is sweet and is loaded with special features. The top of the bottle has a red jewel and the glass dauber is still intact and in great condition. Metal cage around much of the front and sides. The back is clear glass. Hangs from a short double chain. I would estimate age about 1930s. The bottle is 1 in diameter.
