Stands 9½ inches tall, color bleeding (top to bottom), a cranberry-red ovoid vessel on pedestal, cased in clear & wrapped with fine clear glass threading, terminating in a button. The bottle is a complex design with deep. Cranberry-bleed colored ovoid shaped reservoir imbedded/cased in a tower of threaded clear glass. The red vessel area is darker on top and bottom, where at the mid-level the piece becomes full clear. S wrapped with a fascinating fine helix, spiraling clear glass threading. From top to bottom terminating at the base in a prominent tear-drop button. The long fitted dauber is finish-ground at a 45 degree angle at the end, unpolished. Hand-signed and dated, 1988. Excellent addition to your glass bottle collection, or a thoughtful gift! Photos on dark-background show a somewhat ethereal greenish hue to the outer red area. This is an actual optical characteristic of that portion, but it appears only under some lighting conditions. The bottle does NOT fluoresce under UV light. Also, in several photos there appears to be a internal “pedestal” shape under the red vessel area, however, this is a photographic optical illusion.
