Authentic Art Deco perfume bottle, never used, made in Czechoslovakia, dating to the late 1920s-1930s. Photos do not do it justice! This striking perfume bottle (empty, never used) features a black molded glass body with bold geometric detailing and its original clear glass stopper, finely etched with a matching Art Deco pattern. Czechoslovakia was a world leader in decorative glass production during this period, and pieces like this were often produced for export without maker marks. The base states “Made in Czechoslovakia”. From mother-in-law’s collection. She served as a long-time concierge at the historic Hotel Bel-Air, receiving and collecting fine luxury goods throughout the mid-20th century.
